Vicky Escapes Eviction on Biggest Loser
At the risk of spoiling the ending for those of you who didn’t get to see the show from Week 9 of the Biggest Loser Families, Vicky is still in it! She fell below the yellow line with Coleen, and Amy decided to eliminate Coleen! Can you believe? Especially after last week’s vote, and all the mean things Vicky said to her this week, I thought for sure that Amy would give Vicky the axe. But sadly, No!
80’s Week
This week the Biggest Loser decided to go back in time to the 80’s - the time of Jane Fonda workouts and Step Aerobics. The contestants got dressed in 80’s wear including short shorts on the men (Bob looked so funny), head bands, leg warmers, and fringe! They worked out by break dancing and step aerobics. It was fun! (The minute I get photos, I’ll post them here)
Challenge - Get Physical
The challenge this week involved the contestants holding 50% fo their weight in water, that was in a bucket above their heads. If they let go of the rope, the bucket would fall and they were out of the challenge. Alison asked them a series of trivia questions about health and weight loss since the 80s. If you buzzed in and answered correctly, they got to choose someone to add 25% of their body weight in water to. If they answered incorrectly, they got the extra water in their bucket.
The last person standing won two wireless workouts from Bob, Motorola headsets, and a choice between $5,000 or a 1 lb penalty they could give to anyone.
Mother and daughter, Renee and Michele, were the last ones standing and Renee decided to let Michelle win.
At the weigh-in, Michelle decided to forego the money and give the 1 lb penalty to Vicky, which ended up being the sole reason she fell below the yellow line with Coleen. Here’s how the weigh in shook out.
Week 9 Biggest Loser Weigh-in
| Contestant | Previous Weight | Current Weight | Weight Loss | Percentage |
| Amy | 181 | 173 | 8 lbs | 4.42% |
| Michele | 194 | 186 | 8 lbs | 4.12% |
| Ed | 273 | 262 | 11 lbs | 4.03% |
| Renee | 215 | 207 | 8 lbs | 3.72% |
| Heba | 238 | 231 | 7 lbs | 2.94% |
| Vicky | 193 | 187 | 6 lbs | 2.59% w/penalty |
| Coleen | 170 | 167 | 3 lbs | 1.76% |
Look who was the Biggest Loser again! Is Amy the next Ali?

I truly believe that Amy C only hurt herself last night. I have been a fan of hers since the beginning, but she may have lost my vote last night. I don’t know what got into her. She just sealed her fate. Unless she stays above the yellow line, she will be going home very soon. I know that she is thinking about what Heba and Ed would put her through for voting off Vicky. She should have thought, however, about where she stands in the competition. She would have been a very valuable player if she had voted Vicky off. If it had come down to black versus blue, she would have been the swing vote. It is coming down too close to the finale for her to make such a stupid mistake!! All I can say is I hope that Michelle and Renee work their butts off this week, literally. I sincerely hope that Vicky and Heba are the bottom two!!

I have no idea why Amy would think Coleen would be the bigger threat. Vicky is a threat in every sense of the word. I am not sure how much editing is going on but truly Vicky is not a nice person and her intentions are selfish and devious. Amy made a very big mistake. Did she really think Blue would not vote her off if it was Vicky or Amy. Sweet innocent youth. This was a crash course in reality for Amy.

I think Bob threw Amy under the bus. He wants one of his players to win so bad that he wanted voting unity at Amys expense. He knew Vicki was not a nice person and that she would not in her heart (does she have one?) accept a reconciliation. Amy is just a sweet young lady that wanted to make Bob happy. Shame on you Bob. It should have been individual competition. Then Vicki would be gone and I wouldn’t have to fast-forward the show whenever she speaks to the camera.

I think what Amy did, could be good for her because it will motivate her beyond everyone else in the challenge to lose weight and win any challenge that comes because she knows the risk of her getting voted off. I think she is a very strong girl and the strength, motivation and determination she has will keep her in the game until the end.
When you set your mind to something and stick with it, you will achieve it!

I hate to think it but the show seems to be all rigged and they know who the winner will be from the start. Who would dream that Heba, Vicky and Ed would be in the last four out of all the people on the show? Both of those women are evil players and have been from the start! Oh, well another reality show bites the dust for me.

Can’t believe the nastiest person in the house (Heba is a close second) is still there! Vickie has practically ruined by favorite show! My sister stopped watching because of those two mean, vindictive people. You gotta pick better contestants next time BL or you will lose more viewers! Go, Michelle!

I totally agree. I was hating the program, but stayed with it for Michelle and Renee.
Vicky and Heba are not very nice.
