My husband’s stats – Started week at 274. Weighed in today at 273 for a 1 lb loss.
We are at the end of week 1 of our homegrown Biggest Loser Challenge, and its weigh-in day! Last week I weighed in at 243, and today I stepped on the scale at 239, for a loss of 4 lbs – 1.65%! Maybe not Biggest Loser week 1 weigh-in results, but a great start!
