Biggest Loser trainer, Jillian Michaels, teamed up with Majesco Entertainment to createJillian Michael Fitmess Ultimatum 2009 Jillian Michaels’ Fitness Ultimatum 2009. It’s due to be released for the holiday season this year.

Players will enroll in Jillian’s boot camp and participate in a series of trainings such as Strength Training, Hill Climbs, Weight Loss, or Intervals. The workouts will last from 10 to 60 minutes. You will also be able to choose different intensity levels from light, medium, or hard.

Players will be given tests to determine their fitness levels and achievement of their individual goals. There will be even be an option for head-to-head play to compete against another player.

Starting Over and Power Sculpt DVD

Its the day after Memorial Day weekend and I’ve eaten way too much yummy food for the holiday. So now I’m completely ready to start over. I forgot to weigh in on Friday, so today I weighed in at 241 lbs. I’m back to where I started plus one pound from the Memorial Day pig out!

Power Sculpt DVDI started using the Biggest Loser Power Sculpt DVD in addition to the Cardio Max workout. I have to say I like the Cardio Max better than Power Sculpt, butI suppose it has its place too. The Power Sculpt DVD, like the Cardio Max workout, has a Maximum Results Workout schedule where there are three levels that you do for two weeks each level.

Now maybe its because I’m partial to Bob Harper, but I didn’t like the Level one Power Sculpt workout. Jillian is the trainer for it, and while I like her more and more with each season, she’s just not as much fun as Bob’s workouts. I just got the The Biggest Loser Workout DVD Cardio Max. I have theBiggest Loser Workout Cardio Max previous two workout DVDs from the Biggest Loser and like them, but this one is better. Here’s why:

  • 6-Week Maximum Results Program – It has a program to follow so you know exactly what workout you should be doing and when, throughout your first 6 weeks.
  • Progressive Levels – It has 3 levels of workouts. Level 1 for weeks 1 and 2, Level 2 for weeks 3 and 4, and Level 3 for weeks 5 and 6.
