I was very disapointed this time I think Helen exceeded the amount of weight that is rececomended for her age and height she looks too skiny.

Congratulations to all the “Losers” Their weight loss is truly remarkable.I love this show. It shows us that anything is possible. I am only sorry that someone did not tell Helen that she lost too much weight for someone her age. Not attractive. Jerry, also, should have been told that at his age he would have looked better with a few more pounds. I can only hope they are healthy and that maybe they can buy some food with their winnings.

it was to bad that helen won she was willing to sacrafice her daughter for herself she was not only the biggest loser but the biggest whinner i’ve seen on the show

I personally thought Helen looked her best right before the finale…having a little roundness or fat on her bones made her look more youthful and healthy instead of gaunt, deprived and over fake ‘n baked.
She is too thin and shame on Biggest Loser for celebrating the other extreme without balance.
It seems easy to imagine her using unhealthy ways to drop that low before the finale.
Even Jillian admits she is too thin.
Plus if I had to hear her whine one more time I was going to scream.
Tara and Mike looked healthy and I am proud of the example they set.

Congrats to Helen! I am pleased that the 48 year old stood her ground. I think Tara and Mike looked healthier at the finale. Helen went too far! I don’t know what the show could do to prevent this but something that measures age and appropriate weight???
