Face Off Week on the Biggest Loser

It’s halfway through the Biggest Loser season in week 7. And, it’s face-off week! Each member of the blue team will face off in the weigh in against one member of the black team. The winner of the weigh-in for each face-off gets a point for their team. The team with the most points is safe.

Pop Challenge

The teams competed to win the power to choose the face-off teams. They had to dip under a bar and touch a disc. The team to 500 touches first wins the power.  It was a close match between blue and black throughout the challenge

Week 7 Biggest Loser Sneak Peek

Week 7 on the Biggest Loser should prove to be exciting. The contestants go head to head in a challenge, Abby faces her fears of loving again, and Amanda walks out on Jillian.

Circuit Training

Bob gives us the benefits of circuit training. You can do 8-12 exercises, with weights and cardio. Don’t rest in between and you’ll get a fantastic workout in half the time.

Dina After Biggest Loser Elimination

Dina was eliminated from the Biggest Loser in week 6, but has gone home and kicked butt! She lost 35 lbs on the ranch, and went home and lost another 30 lbs for a total of 65 lbs so far!
