Its the day after Memorial Day weekend and I’ve eaten way too much yummy food for the holiday. So now I’m completely ready to start over. I forgot to weigh in on Friday, so today I weighed in at 241 lbs. I’m back to where I started plus one pound from the Memorial Day pig out!
I started using the Biggest Loser Power Sculpt DVD in addition to the Cardio Max workout. I have to say I like the Cardio Max better than Power Sculpt, butI suppose it has its place too. The Power Sculpt DVD, like the Cardio Max workout, has a Maximum Results Workout schedule where there are three levels that you do for two weeks each level.
Now maybe its because I’m partial to Bob Harper, but I didn’t like the Level one Power Sculpt workout. Jillian is the trainer for it, and while I like her more and more with each season, she’s just not as much fun as Bob’s workouts.
