Well, I’m happy to report after a full week of exercising and eating Biggest Loser recipes, I have lost 4 lbs. So it’s no “Biggest Loser first week weight loss”, but its great for me! Here are my stats today:

My Biggest Loser Transformation Starts Today!

While I am one of the biggest Biggest Loser fans, I have somehow managed to sit and watch five seasons of the show without ever having much success of my own. I reached my highest weight of 270 lbs a few years ago in 2004. Since that time I’ve managed to shed only about 25 lbs to my current weight of 244 lbs. I am 5’7″ tall and should weigh somewhere between 135-145lbs. So you can see I have over 100 lbs to lose!

Ali is the First Female Biggest Loser!

Well America voted for Roger to be one of the three finalists, but that didn’t affect the outcome, because we got our first female Biggest Loser with Ali losing 112 lbs for a total percentage of weight loss of 47.86% – more than either Roger (45.18%) or Mark (45.26%).
