Bob Harper has a Trainer Tip:Downward Dog

Finish your workout with some yoga and the Downward Facing Dog. Take your hands about shoulder width apart on the floor, and place your feet together on the floor pushing your butt towards the ceiling. Hold that pose for about 30-45 seconds and you will reap the benefits!
