Mike and Ron came out to start the Biggest Loser Couples Finale. Mike looked great and Ron looked like he hadn’t lost much weight since the last weigh-in so it will be interesting to see how he does on the scale. America got to vote to decide which of the two would compete against Tara and Helen for the $250,000. They chose Mike! Yeah! I’m so happy because you can tell that Mike worked hard to get his weight down, but unfortunately I don’t think he lost enough to be any match for these girls.
Two twenty year old girls have a shot to win your vote to get on the next season of the Biggest Loser. America will decide which of these girls will be able to make it on the ranch.
Erinn trained with Bob backstage while Amanda was training with Jillian during the show.
America voted and Amanda will be on the next season of the Biggest Loser. Erinn will get the Biggest Loser at home fitness program.
People across the country fought hunger while getting healthy. For every pound of weight lost, a pound of food will be delivered to food banks around the country. There were celebrities helping out at Feeding America. 1 in 8 Americans are dealing with hunger and over half of them are children.
2,926,027 lbs was already delivered.
Over the summer, General Mills will donate a pound of food for every pound you lose up to 1 million pounds.
Estella and Jerry looked amazing! But what happened to red team’s Damien? He looks big! Nicole is going to be wearing a gorgeous size 8 wedding dress and looks fabulous.
The next 4 out were Sione and Felipe and Joelle and Carla. They all look heavy, so I was surprised, especially in Sione and Felipe.
Blaine, Dane, Mandi, and Aubrey were out next. Blaine and Dane did the Ironman, while it looks like Aubrey actually gained weight.
Cathy, Kristin, David, and Dan were next to come out. Kristin was sporting a new blond hairstyle and looked incredible, while David still looked big. Dan lost a lot but still has a ways to go.

Ron and Mike have made this quest to lose weight and get healthy a family affair. They’ve committed to help Max lose the weight he needs to also. He’s only 17 years old and heavier than Mike was when he started at the Biggest Loser ranch.

All the Biggest Loser contestants went home for 30 days. After they were met with their congratulatory celebrations, they were given a Biggest Loser tin. Inside the tin was a dvd from Alison announcing that they will each run a marathon - a full marathon - 26.2 miles!
Jillian and Bob met up with their contestants individually, and worked them out, and talked them through their struggles being home. Jillian told the girls to relax, have a glass of wine, and not strive to be perfect all the time.
Jillian and Bob worked with Max, Mike’s brother.
Mike hurt his hip, and the doctor’s told him he couldn’t run, but he decided to walk it. His dad, Ron, decided to finish the marathon too. Each contestant that finishes the marathon gets $10,000 for the charity of their choice.
Tara finished in 4:55
Helen finished in 5:48
Mike finished in 8:58
and Ron, well Ron stopped at mile 16 to elevate his legs and rest. They took his blood pressure which was 200 over 90 which was worrying and his knee was really hurting him. Once Dr. H gave him the OK to decide if he wanted to continue, and in true Ron style, he did. After 13:16, Ron walked over the finish line with the support of previous Biggest Loser winners, the current contestants, and the trainers.
Tara set the record for the most weight lost by a woman on campus. Mike set the record for the most weight lost by anyone on the Biggest Loser ranch. And, Helen and Ron set the records for the oldest man and woman to make it this far in the competition.
